How do you keep us informed when we're planning from abroad?
Through shared timelines, scheduled calls, visual references and continuous updates. You always know what’s happening next.
How does the first call work?
It’s a relaxed one-hour conversation in English with Alice. We listen to your vision, answer questions and understand whether we’re the right fit.
Will your team actually be there on the wedding day?
Always. A minimum of three MG Events team members will be present — managing suppliers, coordinating timing and making sure the day unfolds exactly as planned.
What exactly does your fee include?
Every project is different, but our fee typically includes planning, production, supplier coordination, design direction and on-site management.
What is the minimum budget you work with?
We usually work on destination weddings with production budgets starting from around €100k–120k, depending on location and complexity.
